<Cancellation policy>

If you cancel your reservation, the following fees will be charged.

Cancellation on the day (after 9 PM on the previous business day): 100% of the course fee

*The same procedure will be taken in the case of cancellation without notice (failure to show up without contacting the store).

Cancellation on the previous business day (if you come on a Monday, by the Saturday before): 50% of the course fee

<Regarding reservations for December>

You may be asked to make a payment

*Please cancel your reservation for December at least 4 days before your visit.

<Use of 2nd floor seats>

*If you wish to use the second floor seats, reservations for various courses are accepted for groups of 8 or more. In addition to the course fee, a 2-hour all-you-can-drink fee of 1,000 yen per person will be charged.

*If you make a reservation or visit with 10 or more people, the course fee for one person will be free of charge.
