<Cancellation policy>

If you cancel your reservation, the following fees will be charged:

Cancellation on the day (after 9pm on the previous business day): 100% of the course fee

*The same procedure will be followed in the case of cancellations without notice (failure to show up without contacting the store).

Cancellation on the previous business day (if you come on a Monday, by the Saturday before) 50% of the course fee

<Regarding reservations for December>

You may be asked to make a payment

*Please cancel your booking for December at least 4 days before your visit.

<Use of 2nd floor seats>

*If you wish to use the second floor seats, reservations are required for various courses and for parties of 8 or more. In addition to the course price, a 2-hour all-you-can-drink fee + usage fee will be charged at 1,000 yen per person.
